Customers must provide accurate information regarding:
- addresses

- elevator availability
- parking restrictions
- item volume

- fragile / high-value items
4. High-Value Items
We transport high-value items including artwork, antiques, specialty furniture, and delicate items.
Customers must disclose such items in advance.
Declared value may be required for insurance and liability assessment.
5. Liability
We are liable in accordance with German law for damage caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We are not liable for:
- undisclosed fragile items
- pre-existing defects
- improper customer packing
- hidden structural weaknesses
- force majeure
- weather delays

Stored items remain property of the customer.
